00:00:10 Yep. All right, so this is a theme right from the MLSP site system, and I'm going to show you everything here, but I want to talk through this page first. This is the front page of the site and don't worry about the words or the offers. That doesn't make any difference. This is not going to be my finished site. But I put this up for this example tonight and I put this up as if you were brand new. You just joined and you are new. Or perhaps maybe you've been in in awhile, but you have no list. You have zero results. You don't think you have any credibility, you don't know what to do or how to do it. You certainly don't have any results you can show to people. So what did you do? What you do is… you let the system do it, you know, just point people to the system.

You should have those report it so once we have it recorded, even though you don't, you haven't written a blog post yet, you can create incredible storefront. Look across the top. I did my name. Oh, that was like hard, right? But I didn't have to think about it. These are offers six figure coaching. That goes to the weekly coaching. If we actually clicked this, let me click it. It goes to the weekly coaching offer. Now if you go look at that domain a up there, you actually see that that's a tracking code, so I'll know that somebody clicked that offer. I'll know if it actually works and we'll talk about that. How about five K in 30 days? That's no mosby offer. Didn't have to write anything. I just had to put a link. What about prospecting profits for free? Free mom secrets, another offer. All different. All different niches than tools. I have this linking to my personal tool page and I currently have it linking to my personal wall, but you would link this to your own blog and you might create a page or whatever, but if you didn't have those, just don't put those links up there, but you can link to these. What about this offer? Let's click it takes you to an MSP page that I use from a fun, wiser. What about this page? Not In mom. We take it into Justin's justices page just to see it in here.
00:02:47 Old different offer. We track all of these links because what we want to find out or what the audience that I attract, if they'd go to my homepage, what are they most interested in? I think they should be most interested in this. That's why I have this here, but they might be interested in something totally different. I won't know unless I track everything, so we're going to track everything and I'll teach you how to do that, but again, we're tracking everything so I go down, blah, blah, blah. I'm not saying nothing. This I all got off m s p off their own sales page, changed a couple words cause duplicate content doesn't make sense, blah, blah, blah, blah. I put a little quote and I grabbed a picture and we link them to something. We linked them to one of our splash pages and down here we have.
00:03:41 Even now we're just getting in their face, you know, if not now when nothing changes, nothing changes. Click here, boom. And again, we present them to the offer. So I didn't have to write headlines, I didn't have to write anything fancy, I didn't have to tell people I was a millionaire, I didn't have to tell people I generated 32,000 leads in five years. You know, if I was at bare bones beginner, there's my website and I'm going to link to twitter or facebook, whatever social media I have and boom, my store is done. But now I need to start building a business so I want it. So does that Kinda make sense? You know it really easy if you have no authority. We just need to build a presentable page that makes it easy to find what that person might be interested in. We don't have to convince them, persuade them anything.
00:04:38 So if you're brand new, get a list of what you sell, go creative page with offers and make it easier to be found. I like to create my front page this way. A lot of people have their front page be kind of like the front page of their blah. So this is actually the blog, the inside, which is normally just a list of, you know, their latest posts, less silly. You're wasting so much valuable real estate by making your front page this way, make your front page your store right? Because most people are never going to. Your front page should never rank on the search engines and it just shouldn't, unless it's for your name or something. So most of the people are going to find your pages on. They're going to land on some each internal page. So for example, let me go back to the law. I don't even know what my internal pages are right now.
00:05:44 So what happened is, you know, as we do a blog post and we'd do our promotion and some time goes by, you know, they're going to land on one of these internal pages and you know, they're gonna find out what they like, what they see, and then what they do is they just go, they knocked this off the top and go visit your homepage or maybe they clicked her home base. So once they land here, we want to give them no choice but to join our list or go buy something that's the only reason they should be here. So I want to show you that now let's go log in.
00:06:17 Mm Wep, admin hard. And if you've never done it before, again, you could, um, you could, uh, pay somebody to do it or just walk through it, figure it out. It's you figured out once I'm done. And if you liked this model, you know, once you do this a few times, you'll find out how you can make a lot of money. I work for three months out the year, create another hundred thousand dollar business and go take nine months off and next year to do it again next year. Do it again. And Oh, we've been doing this since 1998. It works. It just works. OK? So when you first log in, your dashboard a is gonna look different. And again, we're talking about a brand new blog install. That's what I'm going to show you, what I do, how I set it up. So it's going to be ready for Seo. And of course our traffic. So when you first log in, it's going to look different. Um, I don't know how different, but you can actually click this appear and change how your front page looks. Um, I change it. You'll see when we install this, and this gives me a sense of traffic and I wanted the [inaudible] news and I kind of want this stuff. So again, come back, look at the screenshots. If you're curious how I actually have this set up, that's r a w, we just logged in. So now I'm going to show you literally what I do. And again, we had the slides that you can refer back to, but the very first thing I do is I go right down to settings and I go to a reading. I clicked the wrong one.

00:08:12 and so we're on a settings were on the tab reading. What I do is I go your latest post or a blog post pages show at most five for syndication feeds seven. Now I do a lot on blogs. I don't want to leave footprints, so if you do a water blogs or mixed these numbers up a little bit so you don't leave footprints. But if it's your own personal blog, you're going to go blow this out. These are the settings our to use. I say summary and for search engine visibility, again, brand new blog, you're getting ready to go build this thing, click this box and then click save changes. And we want to discourage the search engines from a look at this site. See what happens is one of those boxes unchecked, every time you clicked save, it sends a note to the search and it's called a Ping pings.
00:09:06 The search engine. Your site just changed and they send their little spider over to go. What changed? In one word? In the beginning, your site is not coded for anything. It's a spiders. Come and see. You don't even have categories or privacy pages. Now they start senior site unfinished. Depending on how long it takes you to get it done, you could end up in what they call the sandbox for months. So even if I have a live blog, let's say I went to my own blog right now, blogged on rob for. I'm going to make some, a lot of changes for whatever reason, I'm going to go check this box temporarily while I make the changes so it doesn't send pings out. Um, so I'm going to check this box and then we're going to click save. So that would be my settings for reading.
00:09:55 The very next thing I do, and again, this will all make sense. I promise you, as we've worked through this, remember we already have our business plan out. Now, again, we're in settings. I start from the top and I worked my way down. We go to general. This is your site title is going to be whatever you think is going to apply to your target market that will be done in your research. You should have figured all this out already. What's your tagline is going to be a corporate email. You want to change the time zone to your time zone. That's the easiest way to do it, especially if you're going to be connecting with people, taking comments and phone calls and stuff like that. Clicks a changer. We'd click save settings. Whatever language you're going to do save. Now we go to settings. Writing I'm yours, would say on categorized a and just leave it be that way and it will change automatically later when we fix it, so writing, there's nothing to do. Reading already showed up.

If you're going to use your blog for your mom or you think it's really important that you communicate and create a dialogue and engage with your visitors, you will want to turn on comments. You will have your comments can bleed your Seo, it can diminish your seo if you use word press comments, so I wouldn't use wordpress comments if you want to turn on comments, and this is literally how I have my discussion setting set one checkbox attempt to notify in any blogs linked to from this article. So if I make a blog post and actually link to your post, would send your post a note that I did that I'm going to show avatars I picked. It doesn't matter what you pick here and I'm going to save changes later. If you want to do articles, you would have to fill this in. But again, I would not you, I mean comments, but I would not use wordpress comments.
00:12:06 Use facebook comments. She's one of the plug-ins back there, um, that that'll save your seo. So that's discussion media. I do nothing on this page, but I'll just show it to you. I leave it at whatever it is they have it set perfectly. Don't change it. Permalinks. This is a big one. We talked about this and the Seo settings, permalinks you want this structure right here. Um, so you create a custom structure and put it in there, or you can just pick post name and it'll do the same thing. You absolutely want that structure. So again, combat with the replay and look at this. Not a hard, very easy, but make that happen to save changes. I don't know, a Crayon is, so we're not even gonna. Talk about that.
00:12:58 Um, your [inaudible] integration, you're going to go get your coat and put it in their instructions. Really, really easy to do. This is a plug in called related posts, so you wouldn't see this yet, so we're not going to talk about that yet. So that was settings. So we've done our settings where we're all good on there. So we changed our general settings, we blocked the search engines. Uh, we changed the, the primary thing is we change our permalinks to the proper setting. Now the next thing I do, and again, this is a brand new blog install as you're gonna see, and it depends on how you installed it, you know, what kind of scene you're gonna pick. Like when I picked this theme in the back, let me go into seems Brian, which, what's the, uh, I think it's, this theme is what it comes with by default.
00:13:52 <Unk> simple. It's a genesis came, OK? Yeah. So there was a different theme in there that was, um, by default. So this one was by default and I wanted to change the theme. So the, the themes don't matter how you present your blog, doesn't matter. I believe all of these things back here or html five and mobile responsive, which is another reason why this is a great hosting. So you have all of that. Plus I noticed on the pictures they're all going to the cloud. So very fast hosting and his, uh, his, uh, our SSL secure hosting. Awesome. So you picked the theme, it doesn't matter, but if you want to make your content appear kind of like the blog, you know, sample, you know the themes, sample chances are you're going to have to go follow those instructions. Those are instructions or somewhere in the training link which I'm, which is available.
00:14:52 So when you follow those instructions, a lot of times you're going to be importing content that you're later going to have to delete. But regardless, when you first log in, you're gonna find comments pages. Now here's post, here's pages, here's comments. You're going to find posts. I've been made, pages have been made, comments had been made. You need to log in and see whatever the heck it is. You see, select them all. Pick, move to trash and moving to trash. Delete everything, every post, every page, every comment, a media up there, and leave that because that's probably for your. You're thinking, OK, so now everything is deleted. We are clean, we are absolutely good to go. The very next thing that I do as I go create at least three pages. So that's actually going to the pages.
00:17:12 I do something like this, you know, I send them to my po box and you know, I just, I give them nothing. I don't want them to contact me, but I want it nice to rank. So I, I need to put that page in. Then again, you also need to take a look at what your, your other business model. What are you doing? If you are selling affiliate products, you should probably build an affiliate disclosure on an earnings disclaimer. Um, if you're, you're linking to a lot of people, you need to go do this. This is the three want are these, these are not critical. So go, go create these pages. And then let me show you an actual page. I want to show you what we did here. This will pretty much a be different on each theme. Your theme is going to be different, but it's very simple for the, what I call the legal pages.
00:18:13 I say what it is, privacy page, that's my, um, title, and we put our page and there and we just highlight whatever is important. There's nothing else to do on this page. If you scroll all the way down, um, there's no, I don't do anything. We just title this and we save it. And now we have a url. Now again, because we just created a page, I need to go document that. I need to go back to my, my business, my map, my structure, and say EU privacy. Here's my link. Here's my key words. In this case there is no keywords, but we need to go add those to our business map. We've got to organize and keep track of everything. So we want to create those pages. So I do that. Next W is what I personally do. Then what I do is I go in, once everything's created and I do these pages, the next thing I do is I go pick a scene.
00:19:17 So hang on a second, I'm getting notifications here under me and the same is going to be up to you. Really, all of these themes are just wonderful themes and they're all coded for Seo. You're golden. So whatever you think is gonna work best for your target market. Just go, go pick that scene. Once we picked the theme, then you don't necessarily need to do it in this order. You're going to see down here Seo, a plugin already pre-installed for you, called the Yoast Seo is the premier. I'm Seo coding thing out there. Uh, what I do is I click general and we have a training on this and you can install a, you can import this, but I just want to show you, we do want to set this up. There's training. You can go do it. For those of you that want to do it on your own blog, I'm going to walk through this real quick and just show you the screens.
00:20:13 Come back later and make the settings the same. Your Info is what it is and you're going to pick whether you're a company or a person. Web master tools. This is important just like we blocked the search engines when we're first building out, I am not going to to notify the search engines until I have content on my site, so I want all my privacy page is done. I want at least one blog post and every category that I've mapped out, so I want a blown site. I want to have tested all of my links to make sure they were no broken links. Once all of that done and we're ready to go into production mode, no one blog post a day or three blog posts a day, then and only then am I going to go tie these in personally security. That's how I have the security tab. Set titles and met us. Again, we have a training available, but you're looking at my settings. That's what we're doing here.
00:21:21 I'm not going to talk about it. Just go set it up the same way and I'm going to put these screens here and come back. You can see it. No, just take a screen capture and go pull it off. That's the settings. Now you can go study yoast Seo and figure out what we're doing here, but the bottom line of what we're doing here. Let me go show you because I'm going up to Google now and I'm just going to go search for something. Article writing. Let's do some different. Let's do we show up for that. Do here. This is what we're doing. We're yoast seo is doing. This is going to help us put titles on the search engine. Yoast Seo is telling the search engine what to put here and that's very, very important. If you let. If you don't have yoast Seo, weird stuff is going to happen.
00:22:27 Like this guy. OK, so he's got a nice title, but look at this. Look at the description, product name, price, blah blah, blah. That's why would I click on that? You're not teasing me and urging me, make me laugh. Make me a promise. Horrible. That's because he doesn't have a yoast seo configured so that that's what we're doing. So these are the things a year. So again, post, there it is. Come back, screenshots, taxonomies, these are my settings. Just go in, take a screenshot, copy of easy, easy save every time you do it. Saves Archives, archives are important and I want to talk about archives. I'm the archives. This is important. You don't want to disable author archives that is just a complete 100 percent duplicate content on your bomb. Now that is going to google things up for you and I'll show you how in a minute, but you want to disable them, uh, and you want to disable any date based archives.
00:23:33 You just don't want them there. There's going to create duplicate content. So again, let me go from the top. Boom, cup, paste, boom, sit. Other Er's my settings for other titles and Meta. Social, social is really easy. This is where you put all your social media. Um, if you don't have social media, don't put it in here, but when you get it, put it in here. This is part of your business plan. And of course you have all this recorded already in your media files, so it records your accounts. Then you go in and you just follow the instructions to make this happen and is very, very easy. All the instructions are on the page. Do the same for twitter. This how I haven't set up as summary Pinterest, follow the instructions. Done deal. Google plus. She just add in your code and check the box.
00:24:32 Click save changes xml site maps. This is how the search engines find your site. There's nothing to do. It's done this, this first page, just leave it alone. I say disable the author user site map. Again, as just duplicate content. I don't want the search engines evening even knowing it's there post types. I checked media excluded posts. I don't care about any of those format. Um, I checked the box only because I really don't know what post format is. And so we'll for years and years and years, I've just, I just walked in. I don't even know what that is. Save the changes. They now are going to advance this. Again, this is all [inaudible] sel. The good news about this is once and done so it's going to take you 10 minutes. You're done for right now. I'm going to enable breadcrumbs so I can talk about something later. I personally would not do this on a site where I don't want people to engage with me, if that makes sense. If I want them to engage with me, then yes, I want put breadcrumbs. Uh, if I don't want them to engage with me, I, I don't want to do this. If I want, if I have breadcrumbs, this is my settings and I do click bold for the last page. So let's do that and save it.
00:26:05 Permalinks permanent should already be set. So here's the settings for permalinks. Cool. All on one page. Just follow the same exact settings. I'm not going to talk about all of them and bore you to tears. Just do this. This is what I've been doing for 16 years. It works safe rss feeds. Don't change anything here. Actually I do. I remove this. That's what I do personally, right? Get rid of that. And then I say, I want that they're OK. So we went to advance. Now we're into tools that's going to tools and again, see what we're doing, very, very linear. This then this, this, this and this and this. And then I go tab to tab to tab to tab. Very, very linear. I'm here. I'm import and export. If you go through the training, if you're part of Mos p and you're going to set up your mos was a, we give you instructions to import these settings so you don't have to do it by yourself.
00:27:10 Um, and this important later as we launched, even more and more powerful things will just blow your mind. So that was tools export. It's all the same. Right now we're not doing anything. So there's nothing for tools to see. Search Council, uh, is for Google. That's not going to make sense for you until you actually put in your, your, uh, you know, it was linked to the search engines and extensions if you want to go upgrade. So that doesn't make any sense. So that's it for sel. We have just configured Seo for our ball as far as yet yoast Seo. Now let me go into my own checklist. I literally have a checklist, so we deleted the comment. So patients tags oppose tournaments, privacy, OK. The next thing I do on my checklist as remember we created a media plan. We have already determined what our blog categories are going to be.
00:28:14 So now we're gonna put all our content. So up here and under blog posts, you'll see categories. So that's the next thing I do. Now remember your, your blog came with categories, so delete those or it actually came with one category in that one category was called, uh, on categorize. I changed mine to marketing. So you just click edit, you'll see uncategorized, click, edit a change the name, you know, it just changed whatever it says up there. And then fill this out. You want to fill this out for all of your categories, filled out the form. It's going to say, I need a name, put it in cap, you know, proper capitalization marketing, capital m, first slug. If you're in this, your keyword or whatever you decided you're, I'll show you all my in a minute, but you'll want to put this lower case if it's a two word phrase, need to have a hyphen in between it, so let's say marketing sites. You see, so that's this. If my name was, then my slug would be marketing sites, lowercase with a hyphen in between. I'll show you that in a minute. Parents, none. You want to give your category a description. This again is for the search engines and the your keyword or your category.
00:29:41 Yeah, a phrase should be in that description. Same thing for category archives. It's just a copy was just a copy and then of course whatever page format you want, and then we're going to go all the way down and we're going to put in our yoast seo from this point forward. Pretty much everything you're going to create. Is it going to happen? Yes. Yoast Seo settings and we need to fill that out now or keep in mind when we're filling this out, we're filling it out for the human. The person that is going to see this on the search engine, so you want to make your title, give them a reason to click on it. If my keyword was marketing, look when I said marketing tips, tricks and insights, secrets reveal the. I might want to click on that if I was searching for marketing. Same thing for description. Or are you ready to take your marketing ever? So the next level, these free insider secrets or guaranteed guaranteed what they almost got a click through to complete that, that w we left an open loop is what we did. And so in my descriptions, I leave open loops all the time. I mean, that's the thing that I do. I leave an open loop in my description. Your keyword is whatever your category was. So that's how we set the market category. Again, you click update because I change it.
00:31:14 So again, let me show you another one. So here's all my categories. So I'm going to build this blog out to earn 100,000 dollars or more promoting s p products in 12 months or less. I determined through all of my keyword research that all of the key words in all of the posts can fall into one of these nine categories and I would actually drop most of these, but I wanted to give you, uh, give you guys a picture of what it would be. So affiliate marketing, content marketing, email marketing, internet marketing, why are we creating these categories? Because every post we make, we are going to assign to the most appropriate category. So if I was going, so if my key word was internet marketing, I could put it in marketing, would it be more appropriate to put in a emblem marketing wherever that is? Am I being blind?
00:32:17 Yeah. I have no Mro. network marketing where you put it there. So you know, let's look at. So when you create a category, which should do is you put in your name. So let's say I want to create another category of Ra. I'm going to put all personal posts and Aram or it would be lower case. Again, exactly what I just have it up there and I'm going to type in my description, blah, blah, blah, blah, and that's it. Not Making my category is done to go click edit and I'm going go fill in my yoast Seo. So W, w you're going to go do all your categories are. That's our site map. OK, so once we have the categories done, now what I like to do is I like to go do my plugins, so I'm going go. We've already configured yoast, so we're done with that.
00:33:05 Now when you log in to Mos p sites, you're going to see, I don't know, like 50 plugins. I mean th, this list is really, really long. I'm on my personal site. I do not keep plugins that I'm not using, so a plug-in that I'm not using, I am going to delete it or the reason is it takes server space and it's just another way in a for hackers. So if I'm not using it, I'm going to delete it. In this case, you can, so don't worry about it, but if you want to knock it down so it's not so busy, you just click your active ones, you know, once you activate some plugins, just click active up there and there's your list. OK, so now let's talk through these. When I set up a brand new blog I want to install.
00:33:57 This is just for spam, so you find it in the list, you click activate, you go follow the instructions. So I need this. That's, that's critical. I need for Seo, contextual related posts. And again, I'll show you how these are all set up here in a minute, but that's what I need. So need to go activate that. We need for Seo word press jetpack by wordpress. Now show you what we do and why is it a this one? Let me see. This is for my scene. This is for my seem to. Your files might be different. These are for ads, these are ads, these are ads, and I'll show you that in a minute and this is for my scene. So again, for Seo, one, two, three. The fourth one is a yoast Seo, which we already covered, so the three criticals asked him that you just set it up. So I'll show you, um, just, I think I have to refresh the page here.

This is really, really important and I'll show you while I'll literally show you in a minute, but this is how you do the settings. What this is going to do is on when I do a particular blog post about whatever that topic is, let's say affiliate article marketing is going to look for all their posts that I have and it's going to display those related posts. So it's a good thing to give your users a if they want to stay engaged and learn even more for and for users, it's a good thing. I do it for Seo, so I really don't need to make a party out. In fact, you'll want to try to hide it a little bit, but I do want related posts because that's my internal linking. Uh, that's when I helped my seo.
00:36:09 So this is how I haven't set cache output. I check it feeds, displays, [inaudible]. These are blank three. This is a related number of posts to display. I only want to display three. No, you can have a display as many as you want. I've done three for decades, not decades, but for a long, long time. Um, I only do post this is set by default related posts. You can change that if you want. I don't. Um, I do this to 25 words. Ninety. Check that box. I actually want them to, every time they open a link on my blog, I wanted to open a new window. Why do I want it to open a new window? Because they're never, they're not leaving my page. See, Google actually tracks how long have visitors days on your page? The longer the better. So even when they're clicking a link to leave my page or go to a different page, I don't really want them to leave.
00:37:15 So I'm gonna open up a new window. That original page they were on, they haven't left yet, so I'm still getting credit in Google's eyes, so that's a little down and dirty fast seo trick. Always opened new windows on any link and it'll keep your paye job. But now these settings are default. I'll just hang here. So you can take screenshot, thumbnail options. I do not use thumbnails. Um, you can, uh, if you looked at this site a couple of days ago, you saw thumbnails there, uh, that was just to make it look pretty when I'm really building my own real money site. I would never use thumbnails. I do not want to engage the people. Ah, as I shared earlier in, you probably didn't catch it. I either want to bore them to tears so they have to click and go pay me or I amaze them and they got to go click and go pay me.
00:38:15 What I do not want to do in any way, shape or form as distract them. So I don't use thumbnails, I just use text. So I say, do not. Then of course, none of these would matter and we go down here. Now this would matter. No, this would matter. Well, this does matter. The tractor first image from the post. This is if you are going to use thumbnails, you want to do this, otherwise you're just going to do something stupid, so you may or may not want to hear some nails that's up to you, but you definitely want to turn this on. No styles have no styles set texts only feed. We also post related items in her feed and I can set this to three. These are my settings and you hit save. So what does that mean when you do a blog? Every blogger, word, press blog, everyone.
00:39:12 Actually, every time we made a new blog posts new creative feed, OK, now I'm not showing it up in this browser. OK? So I'm not going to show you that one because I, I, I'd have to open up a different browser, but if you just go to your blog.com or you can try it on your browser right now, just go to freedom dot m, O s, p site.com, forward slash feed. What you'll see is you'll see a link to all the most recent post I make. What you'll also see is a linked to three related post under each of those. So by simply filling out this box, we have an exponentially increased our seo, uh, by this one little stupid thing right here. So then we click save changes and we're done. So that was our contextual related posts, a none at all, and we just worked through all of these options. So that was that one. So let's go back for, I know you guys are probably rolling your eyes, but the neat thing is, is once I'm done, this is literally the system, the foundation review to make millions of dollars. Blogging is just silly. OK? So again, I'm going to get rid of the noise. The next one, critical for Seo is a jetpack. So let's go to jet back. Um, when a jetpack, they're telling us stuff. OK? So we're, we're actually going to settings
00:40:49 jetpack have they offer a lot of tools. They offer a lot of tools that other plugins would do. So, um, if I have a choice between using something that jet pack offers or another in, and they both do the same thing, chances are I'm going to check back because there's coded by wordpress there. Another way to do it, just pick a wherever your name, just to link link link to Google and every post. Again, way over related posts. So if I were really to build this out, this would be my model, my offer is right here, am I make it bigger, it's going to be above the fold and it's going to be right in their face and I'm going to test different offers. And then when they try to leave, I'm going to refresh that page again. When they try to leave, let's try to leave. Boom. Pop up in the pop up is going to be ammo related. Why? Because they're in the [inaudible] category. They were in the affiliate marketing category. The pop-up is going to be affiliate marketing related. We have to target our market, right? So what I do, if I'm not seeing any authority sites that are not competition, let's go back to Google and I just did something goofy
